I have recently joined a postcard exchange. While at the Art Institute of Chicago on Sunday, I gathered numerous art cards to send out. Kyle found this beautiful book of Mary Cassatt cards for me.(image found at amazon.com) I had been admiring Woman Reading in a Garden in the Art Institute's collection a few minutes earlier.(image found at ARC)
Don't forget to visit The Other Mother for links to other blogs participating in the Freedom to Marry Week blog carnival!

I love these. I was reminded of how I became so connected to antique Art Post Cards when the kids were small...After a move from a 3400 sq foot house to one half the size....many things have gone by the way side or are stored in some unknown box. I just got tired of sorting, organizing etc. ( did it for five years) and so just stopped. You cards were a lovely reminder without me having to search, sort and organize.
Thanks
Linda
:)
I understand. I have lost so many things due to numerous moves. They just vanished.
Ooh ... I'm so happy you found such lovely cards. Stuff like that always makes me happy :)
Surry,
It's the small things that make life enjoyable, yes? (Not knocking a big thing here and there, though!)
